Q: I am 15 years old. I use face
wash and face cream but I still get pimples right between my eyebrows which I
pick at which only makes them bigger. Also, it gets oily only in my t-zone area.
If you can help me at all, I would appreciate it.
A: A couple of
thoughts: When cleansing your face, make sure your hair is back and off the
face. A hairband really helps here. Stuff from the hair (dirt, hair gel, hair
spray, etc.) will interfere with the cleansing process and you will not be able
to rinse thoroughly with the hair on the face.
After you have cleansed your face,
rinse thoroughly by gently splashing the face with lukewarm water no less than
20 times. Then gently blot the skin with a clean, damp washcloth. This will help
get all the all the cleansing material off the face which could lead to clogged
pores and other face problems. The rinsing will also hydrate the skin.
Cleanse your face in the morning
after rising and at night before bed.
Picking at your acne can cause
scarring.
Drink a gob of water to help cleanse
toxins from the body. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
DO NOT apply the same amount of
moisture to the T-zone (forehead, nose and chin) as you do the drier areas of
the face.
That's it! Use a good product like
Noevir's
Clear Control Line and
take an active role in the responsibility of your skin. Skin does not just
depend on the product. It also depends on you.
