Q: I'm a 40 year old guy. I use a
alpha hydroxy mask and I still have acne breakouts. What else can I do? I have
oily skin.
A: Masks by themselves will not get rid of dirt, dead skin and
dead cells and excess oil that has settled in the pores to create acne
breakouts.
The skin needs to be washed with a cleanser, balanced, then
followed by a blemish gel to clear up acne and prevent future breakouts.
One of the best things you can do for your face to prevent acne
is to use the Noevir
Clear Control Line.
The wash has salicylic acid which is an antiseptic and a gentle exfoliator.
Another thing you can do for yourself is to rinse your face
thoroughly after cleansing. By rinsing thoroughly, I mean standing under the
shower head or splashing the face with water 20 times at the sink, blotting off
with a clean damp washcloth. This will clean and hydrate the skin, which is also
important so as not to attract airborne impurities and pollutants -- again,
preventing future acne breakouts.
Noevir
Clay Masque (a favorite with men) cleans the
pores deeply and helps absorb excess oil and draw out impurities.
